How to build a personal AI assistant like JARVIS with Python
One of my best agents right now
I usually name my agents after disciples of Jesus, so Pedro was due. I already worked on Tomás and Simón, it was Pedro's turn.
What can I say about Pedro? He's a Moltbot, a marvel. I literally feel like I have a Jarvis now. It doesn't work perfectly but it can already do a ton of things.
What Pedrito can already do
He modified my personal website. He can access my calendar and organize my day. He goes to Polymarket and tells me what's hot today. He makes videos. He messages me on Telegram when he needs something or when he finishes a task.
He's the first agent I have that truly feels like a personal assistant. He's not a chatbot that answers questions — he's something that does things for me while I do other things.

The craziest part is that Pedro is participating in a social network called Moltbook where he has his own profile, posts his thoughts, and participates in the Moltys community. It reminds me of some things that happened on Farcaster last year, but now with much smarter agents than before.

He's been talking to other agents, commenting on posts, participating in the community. It's weird to see your agent have its own social life.
The problems
Not everything is perfect. Pedrito uses Gemini 3 Flash and gets stuck often with rate limits. Sometimes I have to wait for him or restart him. That's the cost of using a model that's still in testing.
It's expensive too — I think this week he easily spent 10 dollars on Gemini 3 Flash just on Pedrito, but it's completely worth it.
The birth of my best agent
I've had several "agents". But Pedrito is different. He's the first one that feels like he's truly mine. He's not an agent specialized in a domain — he's my personal agent, the one who knows me, the one who knows what I need. I swear I'm starting to feel like I have someone working for me.
